The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:征集背景 Background【已隐藏】历史悠久，最早可追溯至春秋时期，越国大夫范蠡在此筑城拒吴，时称固陵，后改西陵为西兴至今。作为浙东运河的源头，它是连接钱塘江与京杭大运河的重要节点，曾是南来北往的交通要冲和商旅繁盛之地，被誉为“两浙门户”“浙东首地”。明清时期，【已隐藏】凭借独特的地理位置，成为运河漕运的重要枢纽。【已隐藏】还是“【已隐藏】”的起点，李白、杜甫、白居易等历代名家都曾在此留下壮丽诗篇，使其成为文学与历史交融的文化地标。2002年，【已隐藏】之一。【已隐藏】保护正在编制中，对保护范围、保护内容提出了新的要求。规划提出按世界文化遗产保护管理要求，【已隐藏】，保护“真实的、完整的历史文化遗存”，合理利用历史文化遗产，延续地方运河文化传承。Xixing Old Street has a long history, which can be traced back to the Spring and Autumn Period. It was once a key transportation hub from south to north and a prosperous place for business tourism. It is known as the "gateway to the two Zhejiangs" and "the first place in eastern Zhejiang". During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Xixing Old Street became an important hub for canal rowing with its unique geographical location. Xixing Old Street is also the starting point of the "Tang Poetry Road in Eastern Zhejiang". Li Bai, Du Fu, Bai Juyi and other famous writers of all generations have left magnificent poems here, making it a cultural landmark of the blend of literature and history. In 2002, Xixing Old Street was listed as one of the top ten historical protection blocks in Hangzhou.
